Valmont Industries, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.

You will partner with hiring leaders, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience while using data and sourcing technology to improve outcomes and strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and offer acceptance.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent and build pipelines.
• Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders throughout the recruiting process.
• Knowledge of HR systems, reporting, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates via direct outreach and networks.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, including screening and coordination.
• Advise hiring managers on role requirements, candidates, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in HR systems and support onboarding.
