Job summary

SeaHill Consulting Group is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume skilled trades, construction, technical, and field operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines.

The role requires sourcing across electricians, HVAC technicians, maintenance techs, and other skilled trades, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, industrial, facilities operations, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities for skilled trades, technical, and field-based roles.
• Demonstrated partnership with hiring managers, operations leadership, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates based on technical experience, certifications, and industry background.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications for timely decisions.
• Maintain pipelines and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Handle high-volume recruiting while keeping records in the ATS.
• Build relationships with passive candidates for recurring needs.
• Collaborate to improve recruiting efficiency and support growth.
