Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across our architecture, engineering, and design practice. This is a full-time position supporting hiring managers and firm leaders across all offices, with focus on licensed professionals and passive candidate sourcing.

You will advise on search strategy, role calibration, and candidate profiles, build talent maps and pipelines, and extend offers

Qualifications

10+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition or HR
Experience recruiting for senior-level and leadership roles
Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and pipeline development
Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency with sourcing platforms and MS Office
Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
Excellent consultative, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and leadership roles across all offices
Advise on intake, role calibration, and market insights
Source passive candidates and build pipelines using major platforms
Coach teams on structured interview and assessment approaches
Extend offers and guide onboarding with HR support
Mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategies
Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance
