With 7+ years in recruiting, you will map talent, use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, build pipelines, and optimize hiring workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple searches.
- Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and high-impact roles.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for current and future needs.
- Advise hiring managers with market insights and search strategy recommendations.
- Manage interview processes and ensure timely, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to refine job requirements and optimize workflows.
