Job summary

Bentley Mission Critical, based in Greeley, Colorado, designs and manufactures modular data center systems in a certified facility. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build a strong employment brand.

You will source candidates for hourly manufacturing positions, skilled trades, administrative and professional roles, conduct interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through onboarding, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Meet with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Facilitate candidate assessments and pre-employment screening processes.
• Extend and negotiate employment offers within established guidelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of employees and candidate information.
