Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build a high-performing TA team. The role requires on-site presence at least four days a week with one day of remote flexibility, developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate experience, and ensuring data integrity in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related area.
• 5+ years recruiting and/or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in high volume recruiting.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent influence, negotiation, collaboration and handling difficult conversations.
• Experience with competency/behavior-based interviews and assessments.
• Recruiting technologies to source talent.
• Some travel to attend job fairs/conferences.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for assigned departments/open positions.
• Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and act as SME in recruitment/HR matters.
• Draft postings, source, prequalify, and interview active and passive candidates.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates across client groups and levels.
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging social platforms and networks.
• Partner with leaders to promote Mary Free Bed and recruit effectively.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Develop relationships with colleges and external recruiters for future sourcing.
