Job summary

Tribe.xyz is seeking a German-speaking Talent Sourcer to join our fully remote team. Based in the CET/EET time zone region, you will build candidate pipelines, search across networks, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to fill roles for our clients.

You’ll engage candidates, manage pipelines, and continuously learn new markets and search approaches in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. Fluent German and English are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English with C1 proficiency.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
• Strong communication and collaboration with recruiters.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a remote environment.
• Organised and results-driven in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Research talent markets and build pipelines for various roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to candidates and support early-stage hiring steps.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on roles and searches.
• Research & Problem Solving: Learn new markets, roles, tools, and search approaches.
