Job summary

Rocketship Public Schools is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition in the DC region to lead the regional recruitment strategy and collaborate with school leaders to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, drive hard-to-fill placements such as special education roles, and use data to optimize sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding while upholding Rocketship's mission and educator focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting educators or school leaders preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior managers and influence processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC region Talent Acquisition strategy and partner with school leaders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Track metrics, provide insights, and improve time-to-fill and retention.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and equitable processes.
