CIBC is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Commercial Banking to lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality hires. The role will manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and support competitive offers while ensuring a smooth, professional process.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of recruitment experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Commercial Banking roles by developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, managing requisitions, and identifying top talent.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market insight.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to ensure a professional experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics, support competitive offers, and complete background check processes.
• Use online tools, internal systems, networks and non-traditional sourcing methods to build talent pipelines for niche roles across Commercial Banking.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and controls to maintain a strong risk culture in hiring.
