Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Commercial Banking in Chicago to lead full-cycle recruiting across specialty roles. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality hiring strategies.

You will drive proactive sourcing, manage candidate experience from outreach to hire, coordinate interviews, and support competitive offers, while upholding risk and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of recruitment experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
• Degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Commercial Banking roles by developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, managing requisitions, and identifying top talent.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners to understand workforce needs and provide market insight.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a professional, timely, and engaging experience from initial outreach to hire.
• Coordinate interview logistics, support competitive offers, and ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately.
