Job summary

You will build pipelines through ATS, job boards, social networks, and outreach, partnering with hiring leaders to set priorities and negotiate offers. This role emphasizes diversity, timely hiring, and strong collaboration within a data-driven Talent Operations environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity.
• Strong communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates in collaboration with hiring manager.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create ongoing pipelines of prospective candidates utilizing various recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, targeted outreach and recruitment events.
• Build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders to proactively identify priorities for recruitment and report progress.
• Review resumes and applications to screen for qualifications and suitability of candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screening and schedule interviews with hiring leaders.
• Determine salary for selected candidates within compensation guidelines and communicate offers.
• Maintain Talent Operations metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
