Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, leadership, and high-priority roles. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define needs, craft search strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires strong sourcing, assessment, and negotiation skills, experience with ATS and recruiting technology, and a commitment to fair hiring practices in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, executives, and business leaders.
• Experience recruiting for complex, specialized, technical, professional, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, specialized, leadership, and high-priority positions from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and set realistic hiring expectations.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and qualifications.
• Deliver high-quality, objective feedback and manage complex offer negotiations.
