Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach.
• Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• Experience with ATS systems, Workday is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and preferably another European Language.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise.
