About the Role

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Technical Product and Software Engineering roles to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top Product and Engineering talent while championing Fivetran’s values.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical Product and Software Engineering roles, primarily in North America
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leaders, providing strategic hiring guidance
  • Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes
  • Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
  • Expertise in recruiting for Engineering and Technical Product roles, including senior-level positions
  • Strong sourcing, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Oakland Pay Range

$145,782.25 — $182,227.81 USD
