Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a full-time recruiter to deliver full life-cycle recruiting for multiple disciplines. You will develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high quality candidates against defined criteria.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage a high volume of openings, conduct in-depth screens, source passive candidates, and ensure compliant processes using Workday Recruit. This role requires travel and a strong track record in corporate recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or staffing environments.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and multiple priorities.
• Proven track record developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage a high volume of openings using innovative sourcing channels.
• Conduct in-depth screens to assess candidates’ interest, qualifications and compensation.
• Proactively source passive candidates using tools and AI.
• Advise on affirmative action plans and ensure recruitment process compliance.

• Drive and manage candidate experience from application to hire.
• Develop knowledge of the company and market dynamics.

Summary

In this role, you will provide full life-cycle recruiting for multiple disciplines. You will develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high quality candidates against defined criteria.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring need and develop specific recruiting strategies.
• Manage a high volume of openings while utilizing innovative sourcing channels to find top talent (social media, resume mining, diversity resources, networking, etc.).
• Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
• Proactively source passive candidates utilizing tools and AI.
• Understand affirmative action plans and the impact on recruiting process. Effectively coach hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.
• Utilize Workday Recruit (ATS) as the primary resource to identify potential candidates.
• Drive and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates.
• Develop business knowledge of the company and strategic objectives, industry and current market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment required.
• Ability to effectively manage a high volume workload and multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
• Proficient using behavioral based interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of affirmative action requirements preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
