In this role, you will lead talent acquisition strategy and recruiting delivery for the Data & Digital Business Unit. You will partner with business and HR leaders to align hiring priorities with workforce plans, develop proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies, and lead a high‑performing recruiting team. You will use talent market insights, recruiting data, and scalable processes to support hiring outcomes that align with business growth, client needs, and organizational goals.

Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
