Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines from Irving, TX. You will develop strategies to source, attract, recruit, and select high-quality candidates aligned with defined criteria.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, handle a high volume of openings, utilize innovative sourcing channels, and conduct in-depth candidate screens. Experience in behavioral interviewing and affirmative action knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience in corporate or staffing environments required.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload and multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record in developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
  • Proficient in behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
  • Knowledge of affirmative action requirements preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth screens to assess candidates’ interest, qualifications and compensation expectations.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using tools and AI.
  • Understand affirmative action plans and their impact on recruiting process.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.
  • Utilize Workday Recruit (ATS) as the primary resource to identify candidates.
  • Drive and manage the candidate experience for internal and external candidates.
  • Develop business knowledge of the company, objectives, industry and market dynamics.

Summary

  • Manage a high volume of openings while utilizing innovative sourcing channels to find top talent (social media, resume mining, diversity resources, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
  • Proactively source passive candidates utilizing tools and AI.
  • Understand affirmative action plans and the impact on recruiting process.
  • Effectively coach hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.
  • Utilize Workday Recruit (ATS) as the primary resource to identify potential candidates.
  • Drive and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates.
  • Develop business knowledge of the company and strategic objectives, industry and current market dynamics.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
