Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles preferred.
• Proven ability to use data to drive hiring outcomes and improve processes.
• Proficiency with ATS; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment process
• Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, ensuring a high‑touch and professional experience
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Leverage a variety of AI tools to streamline recruitment tasks such as writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data to improve efficiency and consistency
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture during candidate interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation
• Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated success utilizing data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve recruitment processes
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday or similar platforms preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
