Job summary

Cosuno Ventures GmbH is seeking a senior recruiter to own hiring for our commercial teams and scale the organization. You will hire 25 professionals across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, leveraging data-driven sourcing and scorecard interviews to close top candidates.

The role requires 4+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house B2B SaaS, with strong closing skills and fluency in German and English. Fully remote in Germany or Berlin office with flexible hours.
