Job summary

Cosuno is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Commercial to own hiring for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. You will report to the Co-CEO and partner with VP of Sales and heads of customer success and marketing, shaping the recruitment strategy rather than just filling roles.

You will run actively from sourcing to signed contracts, build scorecards, relaunch referral programs, and implement monthly hiring dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven numbers: hires, time-to-hire, offers
• Strong sourcing and closing skills
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing roles
• Own intake, sourcing, interviewing and closing with hiring managers
• Build data-driven hiring processes and dashboards
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to hire top talent
