Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) to lead our recruiting engine and partner with production and engineering leaders. You will own end-to-end hiring strategy, forecast demand, build pipelines, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters across multiple functions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in high-volume talent acquisition, 8+ years partnering with senior leaders, and 5+ years mentoring recruiters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier technical talent.
• 8+ years partnering with senior leaders, reporting on progress and using data to influence decisions.
• 5+ years mentoring a team of recruiters with time-sensitive pipelines.
• Experience recruiting in agency or fast-paced startup environments, hardware/production roles.
• Ability to travel between sites.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters across RMS.
• Own end-to-end hiring strategy; forecast demand with production leaders.
• Analyze funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, drive improvements.
• Set high performance expectations for sourcing, velocity, interviews, offers.
• Expert in sourcing techniques and tools; train team to use them.
• Conduct interviews and calibrate expectations with hiring managers.
• Build talent maps and market intelligence for RMS domains.
• Drive diverse talent and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, compensation, and workforce planning on headcount and offers.
• Represent Anduril’s brand professionally externally.
