Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Director of Engineering to oversee the RMS team's strategy and the development of next‑generation rocket motor products. You will scale high‑volume production, ensure rigorous development processes, and deliver high‑quality design and analysis work across multi‑disciplinary teams.

You will drive KPI oversight, recruit and mentor engineers, align roadmaps with business goals, and partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to meet capacity

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering leadership and management experience.
• Experience in developing and scaling complex hardware products, especially rocket motors or high-volume, high-precision systems.
• Solid track record of establishing rigorous engineering processes, QA, configuration management, and V&V.
• Proven leadership with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligible for an active U.S. SECRET clearance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in PM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and align on priorities.
