Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions based in Chicago, IL, with two days onsite per week. You will lead a high-performing team of recruiters and personally manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level corporate roles, partnering with HR leaders to design and execute talent strategies across Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Enterprise Business Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• 5 years team leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM tools and ATS systems (Phenom, Eightfold, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR BPs and senior leaders to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and complex corporate roles.
• Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across channels.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and inclusive hiring.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in TA processes.
