Job summary

Amphenol Corporation seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a small team of recruiters across Nashua, NH and Etters, PA. You will oversee end-to-end recruiting, partner with leaders, and drive data-driven hiring strategies to support growth.

You will coach recruiters, ensure compliant processes, and develop sourcing approaches for technical, engineering, and leadership roles while improving candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/engineering roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership or coaching responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, analytics, and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a small team of recruiters.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned units, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, set search plans and timelines, address hiring risks and bottlenecks.
• Directly manage senior-level, confidential or complex searches as needed.
• Build and maintain pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and leadership roles.
• Use metrics to monitor performance, workload, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Drive consistent recruiting standards, including interview practices, ATS documentation, and timely candidate communication.
• Coach recruiters on assessment, compensation conversations, and immigration/compliance risks.
• Collaborate with HR and business leadership on hiring plans and onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies, recruiter tools, and employer-brand messaging.
• Support recruiting for new locations and special projects.
