• Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and track recruiting activities.
• Source and build strong talent pipelines through networking and events.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and recruit top talent.
• Drive onboarding activities and new-hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
• Support internship recruiting and travel to regional colleges.
