Job summary

Beacon Communities seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition in Boston, MA. The role leads a three-person TA team, directing full-cycle recruiting across a multi-state portfolio and partnering with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs.

You will drive sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with Marketing to promote Beacon’s employer brand and culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including team leadership
• Experience recruiting across multiple states for non-exempt roles
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Ceridian Dayforce experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team and manage full-cycle recruiting
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and priorities
• Source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer
• Manage recruiting vendors and external partnerships to improve outcomes
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to guide improvements
• Improve recruiting tools and processes in collaboration with HRIS
• Partner with Learning and Development for hiring manager training
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding
• Stay current on TA trends and labor market conditions
