The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in executing projects accurately and efficiently while continually identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Shopify Website Management & Digital Merchandising (35%)

  • Execute daily updates across SpringStepShoes.com, including homepage content, navigation, collections, landing pages, promotional banners, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate new product launches by creating and maintaining product listings, pricing, imagery, descriptions, sizing information, attributes, and collection placement.
  • Build and manage collections, tags, metafields, menus, and merchandising rules.
  • Execute merchandising updates based on inventory levels, promotional priorities, and seasonal strategies.
  • Support implementation of promotional campaigns, new website functionality, and Shopify enhancements.
  • Maintain a premium online shopping experience by ensuring website content remains accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance across desktop and mobile experiences to identify and resolve merchandising, navigation, pricing, or content issues.

Marketplace Operations & Catalog Management (30%)

Support daily operations across multiple online marketplaces, including:

  • Amazon
  • Macy's Marketplace
  • Target Plus
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • Additional marketplace partners as our business expands

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, update, and optimize marketplace product listings.
  • Maintain product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, inventory, and categorization.
  • Monitor catalog health, listing suppressions, and marketplace errors.
  • Perform routine catalog audits to ensure data accuracy across all sales channels.
  • Support marketplace SEO by optimizing titles, bullet points, backend attributes, keywords, and taxonomy.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional updates across marketplace platforms.
  • Assist with marketplace integrations and product feed management using platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Mirakl, and other syndication tools.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across every digital sales channel.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Support (20%)

  • Build and maintain recurring reports that measure website performance, marketplace performance, product sales, promotional effectiveness, and inventory trends.
  • Audit website content, pricing, inventory, imagery, product detail pages, and merchandising to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve merchandising, conversions, and customer experience.
  • Support promotional analysis and campaign recap reporting.
  • Identify operational issues, product setup errors, inventory discrepancies, and marketplace opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and business insights for leadership meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.

Cross-Functional Project Coordination & Quality Assurance (15%)

  • Coordinate website projects, promotional launches, product introductions, and marketplace initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Partner with Creative to organize digital assets, photography, videos, and marketing content.
  • Maintain organized digital assets and documentation using SharePoint.
  • Assist with implementation and testing of new Shopify apps, integrations, website features, and digital technologies.
  • Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for eCommerce and marketplace operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance across Shopify, marketplaces, search, navigation, collections, promotions, checkout, and other customer-facing experiences to ensure a best-in-class online shopping experience.
