Spring Footwear Corporation in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team. This hands-on role will shape long-term financial strategy, oversee Finance, Accounting, HR, IT and Risk Management, and build scalable systems to support growth across wholesale, DTC, and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced designation preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, retail, consumer products, footwear, or multi-channel organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, FP&A, inventory/cost accounting, treasury, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Proven success leading finance transformation, ERP implementations, and process improvements.
• Cross-functional leadership experience beyond accounting is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute long-term financial strategy.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Oversee Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, A/R, A/P, Credit, and Collections.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Drive ERP modernization, BI reporting and process improvements.
• Provide executive financial leadership across multi-channel business lines.
• Develop and mentor department leaders; drive succession planning.
