The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with recruiting platforms, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced pre-award environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed/ ClearanceJobs or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional representation of the company
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Capture and Proposal Managers to develop staffing solutions
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for opportunities in capture/proposal development
• Source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs
• Draft and present LOIs in support of staffing requirements
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS
• Represent Prevailance professionally to candidates and partners
