Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support fast-paced hiring across our organization in San Diego.

You will drive recruiting operations, coordinate complex interview schedules (including executive-level searches), and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer. In this role, you will maximize the use of Workday Recruiting, identify process bottlenecks, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar ATS.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience coordinating executive interviews and complex onsite events is a plus.
• Biotech, pharma, or healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Recruiting Operations and streamline processes.
• Own complex interview scheduling and logistics across multiple hiring teams, including executive-level searches.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, candidate travel, meeting spaces, and hospitality arrangements.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve last-minute changes, and keep hiring processes moving forward.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely, efficient interview execution.
