Job summary

Trax International seeks a Program Manager for WSMR MSS to provide senior leadership and operational oversight. You will guide contract management, schedule and cost control, ensuring safe, effective services and timely delivery in a test and evaluation environment.

The role requires heavy interaction with Government stakeholders, on-site leadership for program execution, and strong capability to manage resources, risk, and performance in support of complex DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university; advanced degrees preferable.
• Ten (10) years of demonstrated engineering and management experience on contracts or projects of similar scope.
• Experience on at least three large projects or programs across civil, mechanical, computer, electrical and electronics engineering.
• Two (2) years of experience with DOD contracting and DOD acquisition processes related to test career field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Full authority to act on behalf of all contract matters related to daily operations.
• Serves as single point of contact for functional, technical, and contract services.
• Plans, conducts, oversees, and is responsible for all work performed under this contract.
• Primary on-site company point of contact with authority to execute contract modifications and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Government customers in technical meetings and provide timely test support.
