Job summary

A prominent engineering firm is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the integration, testing, and sustainment of complex Automated Test Systems. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of Program Management experience with DoD projects, including 7 years in a leadership role. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, management oversight of hardware and software systems, and the ability to balance cost, quality, and schedule. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a Secret Security Clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years Program Management experience with DoD projects.
• Minimum 7 years in a leadership position with a proven track record.
• Must possess and maintain Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
