Qualifications

• Solid IP networking, QoS/HQoS and Ethernet transport understanding.

• Handle technical enquiries via phone, email and web; provide fault isolation.
• Troubleshoot IP/Ethernet issues across microwave and fibre networks.
• Support network designs for mobile backhaul and enterprise transport.
