Aviat Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Cellular Solutions to shape the Aprisa LTE 5G portfolio and lead the product life cycle from strategy to end-of-life. The role requires deep market and customer insight to drive a compelling value proposition across the software portfolio.

You will lead pricing, market needs, and VoC-driven development, aligning cross-functional engineering and design teams to accelerate revenue growth while balancing feasibility and customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in high-tech B2B marketing, lead generation and digital marketing; understanding of AI potential.
• Strong technical understanding of cellular networking and customer use cases.
• Experience in telecommunications or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines product roadmap, pricing strategy, distribution, and product performance; drives strategy to grow product business.
• Owns new product introduction including market opportunity analysis and VoC validation through the process.
• Defines market needs for solution launch and growth through VoC; manages risks associated with market needs.
• Aligns KPI with strategic marketing; builds pricing models by segment for new products.
• Manages tradeoffs and resource allocation to meet portfolio objectives.
• Drives portfolio revenue and margin; manages technology, cost, quality and other operational aspects.
• Accomplishes department objectives by planning and evaluating activities; coaches cross-functional teams.
• Stays informed about industry trends and best practices related to the product domain.
• Continuously improves internal product management processes to enhance efficiency.
