Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 5+ years Tableau hands-on experience.

• Experience with SQL Server and DB2 databases.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions (SSIS / Talend).
• Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures.
• Support data migration and integration from legacy systems.
• Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance.
• Work with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators across the SDLC.
• Implement data quality, reconciliation, error handling, and performance best practices.
