Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC seeks an experienced data platform professional to lead Tableau, SQL, and ETL initiatives for a government/large enterprise project. Hybrid onsite work is required, with local candidates preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you collaborate across the SDLC.

Qualified candidates will design and optimize Tableau dashboards, ETL pipelines, and SQL queries, while ensuring data quality and performance in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Tableau.
• 5+ years writing complex SQL / T-SQL.
• Strong expertise in SSIS, SSRS, Talend.
• Experience working with SQL Server, DB2 and other databases.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions (SSIS / Talend).
• Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures.
• Support data migration and integration from legacy systems.
• Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators across the SDLC.
• Implement data quality, reconciliation, error handling, and performance best practices.
