Qualifications

• 8+ years in reporting, analytics, or data modeling.
• 8+ years Tableau, Tableau Server, and dashboard development.
• 8+ years administering Tableau Server.
• 8+ years SQL Server stored procedures and T-SQL.
• 8+ years SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• 5+ years MDX for OLAP databases.
• 5+ years DAX and PowerPivot.
• 5+ years Microsoft Analysis Services (multidimensional & tabular).
• 5+ years PerformancePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, Reporting Services on SharePoint.
• 5+ years SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Administer Tableau Server: user access, security, performance, availability.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages.
• Design and maintain MS Analysis Services multidimensional and tabular models.
• Develop MDX queries and DAX calculations for OLAP and PowerPivot.
• Support Microsoft BI solutions using SharePoint, PerformancePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, and Reporting Services.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, DBAs, and program teams on requirements.
• Maintain database integrity, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate BI solutions, technical requirements, and vendor proposals.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and third-party resources.
