Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Senior Tableau Developer with 8–12 years in data analytics to design interactive dashboards for healthcare stakeholders. You will translate clinical needs into scalable BI solutions and work with large healthcare datasets to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities include performance tuning, data modeling, and mentoring junior developers. A strong background in healthcare data standards and privacy is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development.
• Strong experience in Tableau Desktop, Server/Cloud, Dashboard design & performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Healthcare Domain Expertise (Mandatory).
• Experience working with healthcare data such as claims and billing data, EHR, provider and patient analytics, healthcare quality metrics.
• Familiarity with ICD / CPT codes, HIPAA compliance, HL7 / FHIR (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for healthcare analytics.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Work with large healthcare datasets such as claims, patient records, provider data, and financial data.
• Build data models, calculated fields, parameters, and Tableau data sources to support reporting needs.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data extracts, and queries.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Implement best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and dashboard usability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and establish BI governance and development standards.
