Job summary

Artifintech in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure Tableau dashboards and reports within a government data environment. You will integrate data from multiple sources, validate outputs, and optimize performance while ensuring data security and compliance.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to translate mission requirements into robust BI solutions, automate daily reporting, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Advanced Tableau and BI proficiency with Tableau Cloud/Desktop.
• Strong SQL and data modeling, data integration, and query optimization.
• Expert data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning for Tableau.
• Experience implementing access controls and secure data connections in federal environments.
• Experience using TabPy to integrate Python analytics with Tableau.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to translate requirements.
• Experience with Python and/or R, SQL, and Databricks or similar software.
• Ability to understand complex data structures and extract information.

Responsibilities
