Job summary

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a Sr. Table Games Dual Rate who blends direct guest interaction with hands-on supervision.

On the floor you will deal Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack with accuracy while creating a welcoming, entertaining atmosphere and lead by example in a dynamic casino setting. In a supervisory capacity you will oversee all table game activities, handle opening and closing procedures, monitor security, and contribute to staffing, performance appraisals, and team

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of casino dealing experience.
Experience dealing Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and Carnival games.
Proven ability to lead and guide other employees.
Strong relationship-building with co-workers and management.
Track record of high guest service standards.
Valid driver’s license.
Must complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
Able to work in loud smoke-filled environment.
Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

Deal cards promptly and accurately on the floor for Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack.
Supervise all table game activities, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor game security and ensure policy compliance.
Contribute to staffing decisions, performance appraisals, and team development.
Provide a welcoming, entertaining guest experience while leading the team.
