On the floor you will deal Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack with accuracy while creating a welcoming, entertaining atmosphere and lead by example in a dynamic casino setting. In a supervisory capacity you will oversee all table game activities, handle opening and closing procedures, monitor security, and contribute to staffing, performance appraisals, and team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of casino dealing experience.
• Experience dealing Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and Carnival games.
• Proven ability to lead and guide other employees.
• Strong relationship-building with co-workers and management.
• Track record of high guest service standards.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Able to work in loud smoke-filled environment.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or GED, combined with at least one year of experience dealing cards in a casino environment.
• Must have previous, hands-on experience with the games of Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and various Carnival games.
• Proven ability to lead and guide the work of other employees.
• Strong ability to maintain close working relationships with both co-workers and management.
• A track record of providing and maintaining a high standard of guest service at all times.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant exposure to loud noise and smoke.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
