Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa seeks a Sr. Table Games Dual Rate to lead the card department on the floor, delivering precise dealing for Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack while supervising game flow and staff performance.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, uphold security, mentor teammates, and ensure adherence to policies in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year dealing cards in a casino environment.
• Hands-on experience with Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and Carnival games.
• Proven ability to lead and guide other employees.
• Maintain high standard of guest service at all times.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Complete training in CNE Gaming Academy and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the card department, including staffing and performance input.
• Deal games accurately and courteously at table games.
• Ensure security by inspecting decks and monitoring action; report irregular play to management.
• Provide guest service and uphold all rules and policies for gameplay.
