Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks an experienced Sr. Table Games Dual Rate dealer who can lead on the casino floor while handling direct guest interactions. You will deal Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack with speed and accuracy, and supervise to ensure policy adherence and security.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance reviews, and staffing decisions, in a fast-paced casino setting where guest entertainment is key.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, combined with at least one year of experience dealing cards in a casino environment.
• Experience dealing Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and Carnival games.
• Proven ability to lead and guide the work of other employees.
• Strong ability to maintain close working relationships with both co-workers and management.
• A track record of providing and maintaining a high standard of guest service at all times.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant exposure to loud noise and smoke.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
