Global Power Components is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead agency relationships across multiple Milwaukee-area sites and shape production hiring strategy. The role mentors Talent Acquisition Partners, partners with Site HR and Operations leaders, and drives workforce readiness and agency performance.

You will analyze hiring metrics, influence decisions with limited oversight, and support contingent workforce conversion efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing staffing agency relationships in a high-volume or production/industrial hiring environment.
• Strong ability to design and drive multi-site recruitment strategy.
• Proven mentoring and coaching of less-tenured recruiters or specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a broad portfolio of staffing agency partnerships across multiple sites and lead performance reviews.
• Design and drive recruiting strategy across a multi-site production portfolio, adapting for volume and urgency.
• Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners and share best practices on sourcing strategy and agency management.
• Escalate complex staffing or agency issues with well-developed recommendations to site leadership.
