Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2 to manage advanced recruiting workflows, maintain ATS/HRIS data integrity, and coordinate candidate onboarding across a multi-state hiring environment. You will support reporting, compliance, and process improvements while serving as an operational partner to multiple HR stakeholders.

You will work with Talent Acquisition, People Services, Total Rewards, and hiring managers to ensure a high-touch candidate

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting coordination or related HR experience.
• Multi-state and high-volume hiring experience in mid-to-large organizations.
• Understanding of AA/EEO, Titles VII & IX, and DOL requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of ATS/HRIS, onboarding workflows, I-9, and reporting controls.
• Aware of automation and AI-enabled recruiting practices.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, compensation and benefits related to recruiting.
• Ability to work with career websites and recruiting tech.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows independently.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and recruiting technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintain ATS/HRIS records, post/close requisitions, audit data quality.
• Coordinate and audit employment docs, onboarding requirements, and I-9 records.
• Serve as primary operational contact for candidates across the lifecycle; manage scheduling and communications.
• Collect and validate materials for compensation and offer review; route to Total Rewards.
• Prepare and quality-check recruiting dashboards and reports; identify trends and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding and liaise with multiple teams for a smooth transition.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, events, and logistics; mentor junior coordinators.
• Support recruitment process improvements and adoption of automation tools.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain employer branding and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
