Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Immuno-oncology, Oncology or Cell Biology with 2+ years postdoc and 2+ years industry in gene-modified T cells.
• Hands-on experience in T-cell isolation, activation, expansion, and functional assays (serial kill).
• Expertise with lentiviral transduction and constructs for transfer and packaging.
• Proficiency in multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA or multiplex cytokine assays, and basic molecular biology (PCR, cloning).
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and clear written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead experimental design and execution of T cell modification workflows.
• Isolate, activate, expand, and genetically modify T cells using lentiviral approaches.
• Characterize engineered cells with flow cytometry, molecular assays, and functional readouts.
• Develop protocols and support technology transfer for preclinical studies.
• Collaborate with immunology, bioengineering, and operations teams to advance programs.
