Starkey is seeking a Sr Systems Verification Engineer to define, document, and execute verification tests for hearing aids, software, and accessories. You will lead test automation efforts, analyze results, and collaborate with engineering, clinical, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure best-in-class system verification.

The role requires strong problem solving, communication, and a track record in test automation within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in product development or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital/mixed-signal circuits.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and improve system verification tests.
• Perform system verification tests and analyze results.
• Automate verification testing and develop test software.
• Provide technical support during product ramp-up and issue resolution.
• Lead test and issue ownership with guidance to juniors.
