Job summary

Starkey in Minnesota is seeking a Systems Verification Engineer to define, document, and execute verification tests for hearing aids, accessories, manufacturing software, and mobile apps. You will help automate tests and drive improvements across the verification process, collaborating with engineering, clinical, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires hands-on testing, issue resolution, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year industry experience in product development.
• Knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and MATLAB.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
• Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and continuously improve the system verification tests.
• Collaborate with systems design and verification engineers to define test procedures.
• Document and peer review test procedures to comply with requirements.
• Maintain traceability from test procedures to requirements.
• Perform and analyze system verification tests and document results.
• Automate and improve product system verification testing; develop software guides.
• Train and support staff on automated tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tests, SW or HW.
