Job summary

Starkey is seeking a senior audio test technician to verify next‑generation hearing technology through system‑level audio and audiological testing. You will own day‑to‑day lab readiness, execute repeatable measurement workflows, troubleshoot equipment, and provide traceable data for engineers.

Responsibilities include documenting tests, maintaining fixtures, and supporting problem solving across product verification and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Electronic, Audio Technician degree/certificate required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in electronic, audio design, test and manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year in a regulated environment (audio or military).
• Experience with hearing instrument and accessory design, development, and test is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and continuously improve audio system verification tests.
• Conduct audio system verification tests per defined procedures.
• Maintain lab readiness and calibration status of equipment.
• Record complete and traceable data with device identifiers and configurations.
• Provide clear results and feedback on test plans and results.
• Support parts and equipment purchases and process improvements.
