Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Sr Systems Verification Engineer to define, document, and execute verification tests for hearing devices, software, and accessories, with opportunities to improve test automation.

You will collaborate across engineering, clinical research, quality, and manufacturing, own system‑level issues, and drive test coverage improvements while leading peer reviews and test procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in a product development environment; or master's in lieu of Bachelors with minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of system engineering principles, risk management, system verification, use case development, configuration management, and issue tracking.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and MATLAB.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Define, document, and continuously improve the system (and/or sub-system) verification tests.
• Collaborate with systems design and verification engineers to define test procedures in existing tools.
• Document and conduct peer review of test procedures to comply with system requirements.
• Automate verification testing and drive test coverage improvements.
• Own technical issues with support from senior engineers.
